CityU's CLP Power Low
Carbon Energy Education Centre offers visitors an inspiring and enlightening
experience as they learn about the importance of low carbon energy in
addressing the environmental challenges we face.
A 3-D immersive display
of the core parts of the nuclear island of Daya Bay/Ling Ao Nuclear Power Plant
will be shown, and information on various low carbon energies, such as wind and
solar energy, will be displayed and explained.
In addition, a model of
China’s latest generation 3 nuclear reactor, Hualong 1, will be exhibited.
Registration
and Enquiry
The seminar is free of charge and prior registration is required. The number of participants will be limited to
200 and applicants will be served on a first-come-first-serve basis. Priority
will be given to the members of Nuclear Division. For registration, please submit an online
