Programme Highlights
In the Nuclear Simulator Laboratory, the operating features of a full scope nuclear reactor simulator and the MAAP severe accident simulation software will be demonstrated. In the newly commissioned low carbon energy education centre, 3-D immersive display of the core parts of the nuclear island of Daya Bay/Ling Ao Nuclear Power Plant will be shown, and information on various low carbon energies, such as wind and solar energy, will be displayed and explained. In addition, a model of China’s latest generation 3 nuclear reactor, Hualong 1, will be exhibited.
Registration and Enquiry
The visit is free of charge and prior registration is required. The number of participants will be limited to 20 and applicants will be served on a first-come-first-serve basis.
